Happy Easter!
Easter was a lot of fun! Jason cooked a turkey, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and lots of other good stuff. Everything tasted so yummy (and we have lots of leftovers). Wooohoooo! We also colored eggs - and got a few laughs out of my HUGE belly!

Baby B's New Room
April 15, 2011
On Friday, April 15, 2011, I spent half the day at Hoag Hospital taking a glucose test and getting an injection. I'm not sure if this is a usual and customary test, but they start out with taking blood. Then I had to drink this VERY SWEET orange-syrup and wait an hour. They took more blood one hour later - then took more blood an hour after that. By the time I left the Hospital, I had been poked 5 times. UGH! The good news is...after all that...I passed!! This means that I don't have gestational diabetes. Woooooohoooooooooooo!!

Baby B at 28 Weeks
Here is a pic of Baby B looking towards you. I can see two eyes, nose, lips, chin - but Jason always says he doesn't see much. Baby B was kinda sleepy when they took these. |
Here's a pic of his feet - taken from the bottom. |

Baby Shower in Newbury Park
Here's a pic of our FANCY CAKE! The theme of the brunch was "A New Little Prince." SO ADORABLE!!
The shower was given by my Mom (Linda), my sister Keri, my cousin Alli and long-time family friend Toni. |
Here's a pic of Keri enjoying herself at the shower. Looks like somebody had a little too much Sangria! :)~ |
Day 1 - Painting Baby B's Room
On Saturday, April 9, 2011, Jason painted the baby's room with primer. Here are a few pics that show him working away!! We are scheduled to paint the final colors on April 16th. It's gonna look so cute!!

Baby Shower in Chino - "Ladies Affair"
On April 2, 2011, April, Christy and Grandma Diana threw us a BEAUTIFUL baby shower at their house in Chino. Although it was a "ladies affair" - Jason, Bobby & Albi made a brief appearance to see the decorations and all the hard work that went into the planning. The decorations were nothing short of AMAZING and they looked as if professionals came to the house (maybe they did?).
Many friends and family came to the shower for good food (Corner Bakery - YUM), games, and a fun time. Thanks to everyone for coming and sharing this special time with Jason & I. It was great seeing everyone and catching up!!
Part of the creative decorative elements was a clothes line along the back window with VERY CUTE hanging onesies!
Cute Baby Feet balloons were all over the house and even in the backyard!
Thanks sooo much to April, Bobby, Christy and Grandma Diana for all the hard work in planning this FUN shower! We really appreciate it!!
