Hoag Hospital Tour

On March 27, 2011, Jason & I went to Hoag Memorial for the hospital tour. It was very informative and helped ease my mind a bit so we are as ready as possible when the big day arrives. I think Jason had way too much fun pushing me around in a wheelchair!

Visit from Canada

On Saturday, March 26, 2011, my dad and step-mom were in town from Canada. We all met at Maggianos for dinner at The Grove and it was a nice visit. They brought a few gifts for Baby B. So thoughtful of them!

22 Weeks and Growing

On March 10, 2011, I was officially 22 weeks pregnant. Baby B is growing strong and is getting more active every day. I started getting some pain in my lower left abdomen, but when I went to the doctor he said it was just my muscles and ligaments s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g. Everything is moving along smoothly. Three months and counting...

I went to the doctor for a routine visit on Friday, March 4, 2011. I was evaluated and measured and Baby B got a clean bill of health so far!! He's growing right on track - about 11 inches long and almost one pound in weight. He is getting more active every day (he loves to kick me when I'm trying to sleep). We are still working on a name for Baby B but don't have anything picked out yet. We'll keep ya posted!

The Garcias Visit HB

Last weekend, Jason and Heather Garcia came over to visit, along with their two kids Maddie (age 6) and Reese (almost age 2).  While Reese was full of energy and running around the house, Maddie was asking questions and seemed excited about Baby B. She drew me this picture and said "Congratulations". Sooooo cute!!
